Important Delivery Update - EU Customers
Sadly, due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) coming into effect on 13th December 2024, we will no longer be able to ship to many countries in Europe. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Delivery
If you have ordered one of our 'in stock' items we usually aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.
Items in other collections, such as fabric, may be on their way from our factory so need a little longer to prepare. Please allow up to 10 working days for these to be sent to you.
IN A HURRY?
If you have a performance or special occasion fast approaching and need a stocking by a specific date please contact us to let us know this and we will endeavour to do our best so that it reaches you in time. We have been known to perform miracles on occasion!
Expedited international services such as TNT, UPS or FedEx are also available upon request. We can also send things via Special Delivery within the UK.
Delivery Services
UK
UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail’s 1st or 2nd class Large Letter or Small Packet service, you may also choose DHL if preferred. Your preferences can be selected at checkout.
USA
We currently have a limited amount of stock available in our Pennsylvania store, We’re currently working on getting this stock online so you can order directly within the United States. In the meantime, you’re very welcome to email us to check what’s available - these items ship duty-free within the USA.
If you’d still like to order from the UK, we can also arrange this via email. Please note this is likely to be costly and any import duties are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Rest of the World
All Non-UK residents will receive their items via the Airmail Small Packets or DHL Express service.
Options at checkout include the Priority Airmail service which is Airmail International Tracked or International Signed For service or DHL International. A tracking reference will be available on all tracked shipping items.
If for any reason you would prefer your item to be sent using another service please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your requirements.
Orders of up to 4 stockings will be packed small enough to fit through a letterbox for your convenience. If you have made a bulk order, delivery details will be supplied separately. Items will be automatically delivered to the delivery address supplied at checkout or other point of sale.
